After standout performances last week, Lindsay Stuck of Softball and Evan Cuba of Baseball were named Wolves of the Week.
Lidsay Stuck – Softball
The first-year infielder had a standout week for the Wolves. On Wednesday, during a doubleheader at SUNY Brockport, Stuck recorded three RBIs and a double. She carried that momentum into the weekend, hitting a three-run home run in Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against St. John Fisher. The freshman capped the weekend Sunday with two runs on two hits and one RBI in a doubleheader at Nazareth University.
Evan Cuba – Baseball
Cuba had a strong week for Keuka College as the Wolves posted a four-game conference winning streak. He opened the week with a key three-run double that proved to be the difference in a 5-3 victory over Utica. He followed that performance by going 6-for-12 at the plate in Keuka's weekend sweep of Houghton University. For the week, he hit .467 with seven hits, two doubles, six runs scored and four RBIs.
