Strength & Conditioning

Keuka College strength and conditioning facility

The Keuka College strength and conditioning program has a goal of helping our student-athletes reach their full potential in their specific sport. Student-athletes are placed on a year-round periodization calendar, designed to achieve peak physical performance during their competitive season.

Workouts are facilitated in-person and supported through the use of a mobile app.

Student-athletes at KC will train in a variety of dedicated spaces - including the Strength Center, Group Exercise Studio, Auxiliary Gym, and Cardio Room. The campus also features lakeside roads, hiking & running trails, and the infamous “Davis Hill” to supplement indoor training.

How We Build Performance

Strength and conditioning is one part of Performance360, supporting the full student-athlete experience through intentional training, preparation, and long-term development.

Year-Round Planning

Student-athletes are placed on a year-round periodization calendar designed to build toward peak physical performance during their competitive season.

Intentional Training

Workouts are facilitated in-person, supported by a mobile app, and built to help student-athletes understand what they need to do and why it matters.

Multiple Training Spaces

Training takes place across dedicated campus spaces and outdoor environments, including the Strength Center, Group Exercise Studio, Auxiliary Gym, Cardio Room, lakeside roads, trails, and Davis Hill.

Stronger Together. Built for More.

Performance360 connects strength and conditioning with the broader development of student-athletes, helping Wolves build the knowledge, confidence, and habits they can use well beyond competition.
