Keuka College Athletics

Keuka College Athletics inspires and supports student-athletes to follow their passions and engage in a lifetime of personal growth.

The Wolves are a loyal family and fierce in our pursuit of success. We provide personalized experiences in an intimate setting - helping student-athletes find excellence in academics, athletic competition, and as exemplary citizens and leaders.

At Keuka College, we uphold and teach “The Way of the Wolf,” an agreement between all members of the Keuka College community grounded in the College's values specific to diversity, equity, inclusion, and integrity.

Standards That Never Change

At Keuka College, being a Wolf means more than wearing Green and Gold. It means living out a set of core, non-negotiable behaviors that define who we are - on the field, in the classroom, and in the community. These are the standards we uphold. These are the expectations we don’t waver from. This is how Wolves run.

Work Hard. Build Relationships. Do the Right Thing.

Relentless effort, meaningful connections, and integrity aren’t optional - they are our starting point.

Be Resourceful.

It’s not about resources; it’s about being resourceful. Champions don’t wait for perfect conditions - they find a way. We outwork and outthink the competition with what we have.

Be the Player You Want to Coach.

Model the attitude, work ethic, and commitment you’d demand from others. Leaders don’t cut corners - they set the example. We all make mistakes. Own them. Learn from them. Move forward - together.

Winners Make Adjustments.

Losers make excuses. Winners make adjustments. When challenges hit, we don’t blame. We adapt, we problem-solve, and we move forward. When you bring an issue forward, bring a possible solution. We don’t just drop problems on someone’s desk - we solve them together. We’re not in the business of putting out fires, we’re in the business of building better systems.

No Energy Vampires.

We bring positive energy. We uplift our teammates. We don’t allow negativity to drain the room - there’s no place for it here.

One Team, One Pack.

We believe in what we can do together. At Keuka, we are ONE TEAM. We celebrate victories, we pick each other up after losses, and we move forward - always as a pack. We are great teammates to our colleagues, our campus, and our community. Our default is to be helpful and to make a difference – even when it may go unnoticed. Wolves look for ways to serve, not for ways to stand out.

Class Over Chaos.

We compete with intensity but never at the expense of class. We cheer for our team - not against others. We respect our opponents, we respect the officials, we use appropriate language, we dress the part, and we represent our team and our College with pride - on the field, on the road, and online.

Wolves Protect the Den.

This is our house, our campus, our team. We take pride in our facilities and we keep them clean. We don’t damage what belongs to the pack. If we see something that needs correcting, we take care of it or report it.

Relentless Improvement.

We are all responsible for eliminating defects in the experience of KC Athletics. We pursue continuous improvement. We are encouraged to make suggestions – even in areas outside of athletics – but our most important work is to look inward and find ways to personally get better.

Create Belonging.

People are more likely to succeed when they feel like they belong. Wolves help others feel welcome. When you’re within 10 feet of someone, make eye contact, smile, and greet them. A simple hello, good morning, or good afternoon goes a long way. We see people. We recognize them. We make them feel part of the pack.
