KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Department of Athletics has announced that
Courtney Lafler will be the next Head Women's Lacrosse Coach for the Wolves.
Courtney most recently coached at Niagara Wheatfield High School while also assisting with the Keuka College program.
"I am beyond excited and truly honored to have this opportunity," said Lafler. "Being able to return home to my roots and give back to a community that helped raise me is truly special. I am looking forward to building something special with our student athletes and alumni on and off the field!"
A graduate of Penn Yan Academy, Lafler went on to star at Division II Limestone College in South Carolina. There, she earned All-American honors for the Saints while leading all of Division II in goals scored during the 2019 season. Lafler remains ranked third in the Division II Record Book with 100 goals scored in her senior season.
"We're thrilled to welcome Courtney to Keuka College as our next head women's lacrosse coach," said Associate Vice President and Director of Athletics Jon Accardi M'09. "Her boundless positivity and passion for the game are contagious, and we know she's going to bring incredible energy to our program. With her strong ties to the region and experience at a high level of play, Courtney is a perfect fit for Keuka. She's ready to work—and we fully expect her to elevate this program in all the right ways."
Prior to her time coaching high school and club lacrosse in Buffalo, Lafler spent time at the Division I level with coaching stints at St. Bonaventure University and Niagara University.
"I would like to thank Jon Accardi for allowing me to take on the position as Head Coach of the Keuka Women's Lacrosse program."
Lafler jumps directly into the summer recruiting season and is on the road looking for future Wolves. She will then phase into the fall season when students return to campus in preparation for her first season in charge of the Wolves in Spring 2026.
