Box Score KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Women's Lacrosse team lost their first Empire 8 Conference game of the season to Hartwick College, 17-5, on Saturday afternoon at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex.
Keuka College (3-4, 0-1 Empire 8) was led by Sadie Bonetti with two goals and an assist.

The visiting Hawks took control of the game quickly in the first quarter. Hartwick College scored the first eight goals of the quarter for the advantage. The Hawks took control from the draw, winning 10 of 12 in the first. Trinity Burton snapped the run with her 14th goal of the season, but Hartwick would score two more to lead 10-1 after one.
In the second, the Wolves got a goal from Sydney Carr, set up by Sadie Bonetti, but the Hawks would outscore Keuka 3-1 in the frame to lead 13-2 at the half.
The Wolves struck first in the second half as Sadie Bonetti scored for the Wolves. Following a Hawk free position goal, Madeline Greene scored on a free shot to make it 14-4. The Wolves won the third 2-1, but the Hawks remained ahead by ten going to the final quarter.
Hartwick widened their lead in the fourth. The Hawks scored a pair of goals, but Sadie Bonetti answered with her second to stop the run. However, it was not enough as Hartwick added a tally and saw the game out for the 17-5 victory.

Up Next for Keuka College: The Green and Gold will take to the road for their next two games in the Empire 8 Conference. Keuka College will first play on Friday, April 8 against Russell Sage College. The game from the Albany College of Pharmacy Stadium is set to being at 3 p.m.
