PITTSFORD, N.Y. — The Keuka College Women's Lacrosse team lost 20-3 at Nazareth College on Wednesday evening.

Sadie Bonetti had her hand in all three goals for Keuka College (3-6, 0-3 Empire 8). Bonetti scored herself and then had a pair of assists, setting up Trinity Burton both times.

The host Golden Flyers scored the first six goals of the game on Wednesday to take early control against the Wolve. Keuka College got on the board with five minutes left in the first as Sadie Bonetti found Trinity Burton for the goal. Nazareth responded with three more as they led 9-1 after the first.

The Wolves held Nazareth to just a pair of goals in the second quarter. Keuka put the pressure on themselves as the Green and Gold had four shots, all were saved, however. The game would go to halftime with Nazareth leading 11-1.

The Golden Flyers got the first three and last three of the third quarter. Sandwiched in the middle was a free position goal by Sadie Bonetti. It was Keuka's only free position shot of the game. Nazareth would take a 17-2 lead into the final quarter.

Nazareth outscored Keuka 3-1 in the final frame. The combo of Bonetti to Burton got the Wolves their goal, but the Golden Flyers would see it out as Nazareth defeated Keuka College 20-3 on Wednesday night in an Empire 8 Conference game.

• Wednesday was just the second-ever meeting between Keuka College and Nazareth College. The Wolves fell by the same 20-3 score last year as well
• Annaliese Black tied her career-high with nine saves on Wednesday
• Sadie Bonetti scored her 20th goal of the season on Wednesday, leading the team.
• Julia Bauder tied her career-high and led the Wolves with three draw controls against Nazareth

Up Next for Keuka College: The Green and Gold have a week off before another tough test. Keuka College will welcome St. John Fisher College to the Jepson Community Athletic Complex on Wednesday, April 20 for a 4 p.m. Empire 8 game.
