Box Score KEUKA PARK. NY – The Keuka College Field Hockey team won at home against Medaille College on Monday night.
Keuka College (4-7, 1-4 E8) had five different athletes score a goal or two in the win. Kristin Billings, Alyssa Muszak, and Emily Reynolds each had a goal for the Wolves and Skylar Gilmore and Makaela Mills each had two for the Green and Gold.
Keuka College 7 vs. Medaille College 2
The Wolves would jump out hot by Gilmore running the ball down the field finding Mills who found the back of the net. Seven minutes later the ball was back to the Wolves as the ball got to the front of the goal where there was a scramble and Muszak found the back of the net making the score 2-0 at the end of the first period.
Medialle came out in the second period and they would shorten the Wolves lead 2-1 in the first two minutes. A minute later the Wolves would respond back from the stick of Gilmore. Gilmore found her second goal of the game three minutes later. The Wolves and Mavericks went up and down the field but Billings found the back of the net with three minutes left in the period. The Wolves would go into half leading 5-1
To start the third period and Mavericks would come off and find another goal to try to shorten the Green and Golds lead. The Wolves would again get another goal just a minute after the Mavericks to go up 6-2. With two minutes left in the period Emily Reynolds found her stick on the ball to shoot for a goal to go up 7-2.
The fourth period would come and go as it was a back and forth battle but the Wolves lead was too far for Medaille to catch up to as the Wolves took the victory 7-2.

- Today's game was the first ever meeting between Keuka and Medaille before the Mavericks join the Empire 8 next fall.
- Today's win was the most goals in a season for the Wolves.
- Kristin Billings had her first career goal
- Alyssa Muszacks goal moved her to tie for 3rd in Keuka College records for 13 career goals.
