Maggie Bonafede is the career points leader for the Keuka College Women’s Lacrosse team. The Churchville native broke onto the scene with 19 goals and 16 assists in her first season at Keuka College while starting all 13 games. Bonafede earned Second Team All-Conference honors as a first-year player and repeated the second team honors in her second season, increasing her totals to 26 goals and 46 assists. Her 72 total points led the Green and Gold in 2012, and the 46 assists set a new program record, topping the previous mark by 20 assists.

The numbers jumped for Bonafede in her junior season. She set program records with 69 assists and 98 points in her third season, earning her First Team All-North Eastern Athletic Conference honors. While those numbers did not seem repeatable, Bonafede continued to rewrite the record books in her senior year, setting new career highs and program records with 71 assists and 102 total points.

Bonafede remains the career leader at Keuka College with 202 assists and 307 total points. During her time with the Green and Gold, Bonafede won the NEAC in 2011, 2013, and 2014. She earned Tournament MVP in 2011 and 2013. The 2013 championship gave Keuka College an automatic berth to their first NCAA Division III Tournament. A second tournament appearance came a year later. They remain the only two berths in program history. Bonafede was also a standout in the classroom. She earned NEAC Scholar-Athlete honors all four years. Bonafede graduated from Keuka College Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Unified Childhood/Special Education.
