KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — Keuka College junior shortstop Hailey Jasinski was named Empire 8 Conference Softball Co-Player of the Week for the second time this season on Monday.
Jasinski closed out her junior season with a strong final week, recording five runs, five RBIs, and two home runs in the final week of regular-season play. The junior was also crucial in the Wolves' win over Alfred State on Sunday, hitting back-to-back home runs with all five of her RBIs coming in that game.
As the season comes to a close, Jasinski delivered another standout year for the Green and Gold. She led the team with 29 runs and 29 RBIs while posting a .905 slugging percentage. She also led the team with a career-high eight home runs, moving into second all-time in program history for home runs in a season.
A two-time All-Empire 8 selection, she ranks among the top 10 in multiple offensive categories in the conference.
