Keuka College 2 vs. SUNY Geneseo 6
The Knights controlled the opening minutes of the match, scoring the first goal of the afternoon in the sixth minute. They continued to apply pressure, recording a shot and three consecutive corner kicks before finding the back of the net again midway through the 12th minute. Geneseo remained in control for much of the first half as the Wolves did not record a shot until the 25th minute when first-year
Christian Kritzer got Keuka on the board with its first attempt.
The momentum shifted after that chance as Banks found the back of the net in the 29th minute off a Mucha free kick. Geneseo responded almost immediately, restoring its two-goal advantage with another goal to make it 3-1. Adou answered in the 35th minute, finishing off another dish from Mucha to pull the Wolves back within one. Geneseo closed the half with three straight shots, but Snyder came up with the saves to keep Keuka within striking distance entering halftime.
Geneseo regained control to open the second half, holding a 4-1 shot advantage before converting in the 72nd minute to extend their lead. The Knights maintained the momentum the rest of the way, adding two more goals to close out the match.
