KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Soccer programs once again posted a strong performance in the classroom. In what has become an annual tradition for the Wolves, six members of the Women's Soccer team and five from the Men's Soccer team were named Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators.
The six women were a part of a record-setting 60 honored from the Empire 8 Conference. Keuka College was one of six schools in the conference to have the maximum six honorees. Named Academic All-District for men's soccer was:
On the men's side, Keuka College joined Nazareth University with five honorees, the most in the Empire 8 Conference. Honored from the Wolves were:
All 11 honorees from the Keuka College Soccer programs received the academic honor for the first time.
To be eligible for Academic All-District, the student-athlete must have at least a sophomore standing and carry a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50 while playing at least 90% of the team's games.
