KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Basketball team lost at home on Tuesday to Alfred State 92-75 in a non-conference game.
Lamar Lovelace led Keuka College (2-6) with a season-high 27 points and nine rebounds.
Akinlana Popoola was also in double figures with 15 points for the Wolves.

The Pioneers started out fast with a pair of threes on their first two shots for the 6-0 advantage. The Wolves settled into the game with seven straight to take the lead. Keuka College would take a five-point lead, 13-8, on a steal and dunk by
Lamar Lovelace. The Pioneers took the lead back with a run, but
Chase Welch stopped the run with a three to push the lead back to the Wolves. However, the hot shooting from deep for Alfred State continued. After Welch's three, Alfred State made three straight triples to take a 24-16 advantage. The Wolves got it back to a one-point game, but the Pioneers would not surrender the lead. The visitors led 39-34 at the half.
The Wolves cut into the lead early in the second half. A three by
Lamar Lovelace cur the margin to two, 51-49, five minutes into the half. The Pioneers answered with a bucket, but the Wolves came right back with a tip-in layup by
Makya Morrison. However, the hot three-point shooting of Alfred State took over. The Pioneers went 10-15 from deep in the second half to put the game away, defeating Keuka College 92-75.
