KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College field hockey team celebrated Senior Day on Saturday with a 3-1 Empire 8 victory over Alfred University, marking the Wolves' first win of the season.
Sophomore
Alexis McGregor led the way with two goals to secure the win.

The Wolves opened the game on the front foot, outshooting Alfred 4-1 in the first quarter but failing to convert.
In the second, senior
Erika Coville (Spencer, N.Y./Spencer-Van Etten) created a pair of chances before the Saxons broke through to take a 1-0 lead. Keuka answered late in the half as
Isabella Dunn scored to tie the game. The Wolves stayed on the attack, generating six more shots while holding Alfred without an attempt heading into halftime.
Keuka carried its momentum into the third quarter. After several early chances,
Alexis McGregor put the Wolves ahead with her first goal of the day, assisted by
Brianna Broadwell McGregor doubled the lead just before the end of the frame, finishing a feed from
Tori Nelson with 18 seconds left.
The Wolves controlled play throughout the second half, holding Alfred without a shot after halftime and limiting the Saxons to just two attempts in the game.

- Isabella Dunn scored first collegiate goal
- Tori Nelson now sits alone in third all-time for career points with 59
- Keuka took a season-high 25 shots against Alfred
