KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Soccer team lost at home to SUNY Poly 3-1 in an Empire 8 Conference game at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex.
Liam Davis scored his team-leading third goal of the season with a second-half penalty kick for Keuka College (1-11, 1-6 Empire 8).
Tyler Spina made six stops in goal for the Wolves.

The Wolves had a good chance early with a corner kick in the fifth minute, but did not capitalize. SUNY Poly settled into the game and pressured the Wolves. The Wildcats took the lead in the 20th minute with a goal. SUNY Poly continued to attack, finishing with 11 shots in the first half. Spina kept them at one, making a pair of saves in the frame, as the visitors led 1-0 at the half.
SUNY Poly quickly added to their lead with goals in the 52nd and 54th minutes to take control of the game. The Wolves got one back in the 72nd minute.
Anthony Pontello went for a jump ball in the box and was fouled by the SUNY Poly keeper. A yellow card was the result, as was a penalty kick being awarded to the Wolves. Senior
Liam Davis calmly stepped up and finished the kick to make it 3-1. Keuka had another quality chance late as
Patrick Smith found some room and let a good shot off, but it was saved by the keeper. SUNY Poly continued on to the 3-1 conference victory.

- Keuka College is now 9-11-3 all-time against SUNY Poly. Saturday was the second meeting as members of the Empire 8 conference. The two previously met 12 times in the regular season of the North Eastern Athletic Conference
- Senior Brenden Moquin recorded his 50th career game played for the Green and Gold
- Tyler Spina was one stop off of his career-high with six saves in the game
- Davis scored his second penalty kick goal of the season. He is tied for the second-most in a season in program history. It is the most in a season for Keuka since Joshua Card set the program record of four in 2019
