KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — Keuka College Men's Lacrosse team defeated Hilbert College 10-6 on Saturday afternoon.
Keuka College (5-4, 0-2 Empire 8) had two players post four points scored,
Tre Lloyd (Canandaigua, N.Y. / Canandaigua Academy) led the way with three goals and two assists, and
Devon Gerhardt (Penn Yan, N.Y. / Penn Yan Academy) had four assists.

The Wolves were the first to get on the board just over two minutes into the game, with a goal from
Tre Lloyd that was assisted by
Devon Gerhardt. The Hawks went on to score three consecutive goals while the Wolves looked to close the gap. With 36 seconds left in the quarter, Gerhardt found
Jake Lettieri (Hackettstown, N.J. / Hackettstown) for the second Keuka goal of the game to go into the second quarter down 3-2.
After two and a half minutes of play in the second quarter,
Anthony Druker (Penn Yan, N.Y. / Penn Yan Academy) forced a turnover while
Ian Rickard (Lockport, N.Y. / Lockport) collected the ground ball. The possession ended with
Harrison Root (Jefferson, N.J. / Jefferson Township) tying the game 3-3 off a
Matt Jerman (Liverpool, N.Y. / Liverpool) assist. Then,
Tre Lloyd scored back-to-back goals to give the Wolves the lead. Another
Devon Gerhardt assist helped
Ian Rickard score which would be the last goal of the half and the game went to the break with the Wolves up 6-3.
Kaleb Glessing (Ontario, N.Y. / Wayne) was the first to score in the second half on a pass from
Tre Lloyd to extend the Keuka lead.
Ian Rickard and
Jake Lettieri both scored in the third quarter while the defense kept Hilbert off the board during the frame. The game was going into the last quarter with Keuka up 9-3.
Just one minute into the final quarter,
Harrison Root scored his second goal of the game with an assist from
Ian Rickard. The Hawks scored three goals in the fourth quarter but could not bridge the gap and the Wolves won 10-6.
