After the second goal, Keuka settled into the game and was able to limit Rochester's chances. The Wolves had their best chance of the half in the 16th minute on their first corner kick of the game. The ball was sent in by
Teagan Carter. After bouncing around, it would find the foot of
Parker Lahey near the top of the box. She spun and shot but the ball sailed just over the goal. Rochester added a goal in the final minutes of the half to lead 3-0 at the break.
The University of Rochester showcased the quick-strike offense again in the second half as they made it 4-0 1:57 into the frame. Keuka College started to build some chances. The Wolves went over the top to find
Grace DeCapua and while they didn't get a shot out of it, they did create a corner opportunity. Later,
Parker Lahey sent a cross in for
Courtney Mazeau but the ball would eventually get cleared. In the 80th minute,
Karlee Reed sent a free kick into the box from the wing. The keeper got a hand to it but fell to DeCapua on the far post. The senior had a chance at it, but the defense recovered to knock the ball loose and the goalie collected it to end the threat. Rochester tried to add a final goal in the 90th minute, but
Hannah Smith came strong off her line and made a save on a streaking attacker.
