KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Women's Volleyball team lost 3-0 to the Oswego State Lakers on Wednesday night at the JMW Recreation and Athletics Center.
Emma Sipos led Keuka College (0-4) with nine kills on the night. Caitlynne Marczyk posted another strong night for the service line, finishing with five aces.
Oswego State 3 at Keuka College 0 – 25-20, 25-22, 25-18
The Wolves began strong in their opening set with multiple quick kills from Sarah Paradiso and Sydney Haust. Unfortunately for Keuka, the Lakers responded to take the first set 25-20.
In both the second and third sets, the Wolves were able to start strong. Oswego would answer, but Keuka would push for a comeback towards the end of the set. However, in both sets, the Lakers would maintain the lead to the end and sweep the match.

- Marczyk tied her season-high with five aces. The junior ranks amongst the top servers in the Empire 8 in her first season at Keuka College
Up Next for Keuka College: Keuka College Women's Volleyball is set to travel to Boston, Massachusetts this weekend to play in a tournament at UMass Boston. Their first game of the tournament will be Friday, September 9 against Maine Maritime Academy. The Wolves will then play a doubleheader on Saturday, facing New England College and closing the tournament against the host Beacons.
