The visitors controlled the Wolves and pressured from the opening kickoff. The Green and Gold attempted to use that to their advantage on the counterattack.
Brenden Moquin charged the Tiger keeper as he attempted to possess the ball and blocked the clearing kick. The ball would kick straight up in the air, however, and RIT was able to clear it. The Tigers continued the pressure on Keuka as they outshot the Wolves 6-0 in the first ten minutes, but
Cory Cangemi was there to save both efforts on goal. The Tigers would break through midway through the first and score in a flurry with three goals in less than four minutes. RIT added one more with five minutes left in the half to lead 4-0 at the break.
Keuka College came out fast against RIT in the opening minutes of the second half as the Wolves controlled possession in the Tigers' end and had multiple shots.
Carson Smith would be called upon for saves throughout the half and he was up for the task. The Wolves would have a pair of late attacks on free kicks sent into the box, but they would not be able to connect with the final shot as the Wolves fell to the Tigers 4-0.
