WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — The Keuka College Men's Soccer team was shutout at Penn College 1-0 in a non-conference game on Tuesday night.

Cory Cangemi.

The Wolves started out on the attack with
Connor Thorpe and
Cole Santiago each logging shots on goal in the opening ten minutes. However, the play would flip to Keuka's defensive end for the rest of the half. Penn College would outshoot the Wolves 11-0 over the final 35 minutes of the first half, but only two attempts were on goal. Cangemi made both saves as the game went to halftime scoreless.
The Wildcats continued on the attack in the second half. The hosts broke through in the 74th minute to take the lead over the Wolves. Keuka had only one shot in the second half and it came in the final minute, but
Griffin Herron's shot was saved. The Wolves would fall 1-0 on Tuesday.

- Tuesday was the Keuka's first loss in nine games against Penn College. The Wolves lead the all-time series 5-1-3
- Final shots were 20-3 in favor of the Wildcats. Penn College also held a 9-1 edge in corner kicks

Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves have one final regular season game in the 2022 season. Keuka College will host Alfred University at 3:30 p.m. at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex on Saturday. The result of the game combined with other results around the Empire 8 will dictate if the Wolves will qualify for the conference tournament.
