KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Women's Soccer team lost on Wednesday night to the University of Rochester 4-0 in a non-conference game at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex.

Keuka College (0-6-2) got six saves in goal from senior Jessica Pegg.

The Wolves opened up with possession in the early minutes but were unable to generate a scoring opportunity. Play flipped to the Yellow Jackets as the University of Rochester found the first goal on the game on seven minutes. The Green and Gold would steady the play as both teams battled for the ball. Rochester only had a 52-48 advantage in possession in the opening half but outshot the Wolves 10-1. The Yellow Jackets got their second goal of the game midway through the half. Morgan Fuller let a shot from distance go in the waning minutes. The powerful strike sailed just above the crossbar, however, and Rochester led 2-0 at the break.

The Yellow Jackets played with more possession in the second half as they looked to see the result out. The Wolves took advantage of that in the 57th minute as the Green and Gold flipped a counter-attack into a 3-on-1 from midfield on. Unfortunately for the Wolves, the Rochester defenders recovered and were able to usher the ball away for safety. Minutes later, the University of Rochester scored their third. They would add a final goal with four minutes left to play as they would defeat Keuka College 4-0 on Wednesday.

• It was a relatively clean game played with each team only committing two fouls apiece
