Box Score KEUKA PARK, N.Y. – Keuka Women's Soccer team falls short in their home opener to Lycoming College.
Sam Pelcher made 11 saves in today's matchup and Grace DeCapua had the lone goal for the Wolves.
Lycoming College 2 vs. Keuka College 1
Keuka College Sophomore Grace DeCapua came out hot as she scored within the first 13 minutes of the game with the assist by Elena Paolini. Lycoming got one back before the half with a scramble from their offense which ended with the ball in the net. With 10 seconds left in the half Lycoming would score another. Keuka would go into the half trailing 2-1.
Coming into the half the Wolves defense would stop Lycoming from scoring but Keuka Women's Soccer would not find another opportunity to score as Lycoming would take the victory 2-1.
