Box Score PITTSFORD, N.Y. — The Keuka College Women's Volleyball team lost on Friday night on the road at St. John Fisher College by the score of 3-0.
Keuka College (8-14, 3-5 Empire 8) was led by Tionna Moss with six kills on the night.
St. John Fisher College 3 vs. Keuka College 0 – 25-17, 26-24, 25-11
After a balanced start to the set, St. John Fisher scored 10 of 11 points to take a 20-10 advantage over the Wolves. Keuka responded with a six-point run to cut into the margin, but the lead was too much as the Cardinals took the first 25-17.
The Wolves opened the second strong as an ace by Ericka Carlson opened a 5-1 lead for the Green and Gold. Keuka remained ahead early, but the Cardinals slowly cut into their lead and then took the lead themselves midway through the frame. After the Wolves took a 20-17 lead Fisher scored five straight make it 22-20 in their favor. After a Cardinals error, Keuka got a pair of aces from Dayna Edholm and a kill by Tionna Moss to push it to set point at 24-22. However, St. John Fisher scored four straight to win the second set 26-24 and take a 2-0 lead in the match.
The Cardinals controlled the play in the third set. St. John Fisher had 16 kills against four for the Wolves as the hosts won the third set 25-11 to sweep the match.

Up Next for Keuka College: Friday ended the regular season in the Empire 8 for Keuka College, but not their season in total. The Wolves will return to the floor on Wednesday, October 27 when Keuka hosts Wells College at 7pm. It will also be senior day for the Wolves.
