Box Score 2 AURORA, N.Y. — The Keuka College Women's Volleyball team won a pair of games on Saturday in a North Eastern Athletic Conference Crossover at Wells College to clinch a berth in the 2018 conference tournament.
Keuka College (11-14, 7-3 NEAC) opened the day with a straight set victory over Penn College. The Wolves topped Penn St.-Berks in three sets to sweep the day.
Keuka College 3 vs. Penn College 0 – 25-12, 25-10, 25-15
The Wolves came out flying against the Wildcats. The Green and Gold had a match-high 17 kills in the opening set against just two errors. Keuka College won the first set 25-12 and carried that momentum to a 25-10 second set win. The Wolves closed out the match behind 12 kills and allowed just two by Penn as Keuka took the third 25-15, winning the match in straight sets.
Lead Wolf: Senior Lauren Moelbert led the Wolves offense both attacking and serving. Moelbert led the Wolves with 13 kills and set a new career high with eight aces against the Wildcats.
Keuka College 3 vs. Penn St.-Berks 0 – 25-22, 25-16, 25-20
Keuka College pulled out a tight first set against the Nittany Lions. Both teams had 10 kills in the opening frame, but the Wolves pulled it out, winning the first 25-22. Keuka College had 16 kills and limited Berks to just seven as the Wolves won the second set 25-16. The Green and Gold closed out the match behind 20 kills in the third set as the Wolves swept the match, winning the final set 25-20.
Lead Wolf: Kayla Brown led the Wolves at the service line with three aces against the Nittany Lions. The senior also added 13 digs in the win.

- Keuka College improves to 5-0 all-time against Penn College and 11-7 all-time against Penn St.-Berks
- Emily Cottrell had 17 and 18 digs on Saturday. She now has 864 in her career, moving into eighth on the Keuka College career list

Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves return to the JMW Recreation and Athletics Center for their final two home games of the season. Keuka College will host SUNY Poly in a conference match on Wednesday and then host Alfred University on senior night on Thursday.
