The Golden Eagles pressured the Wolves early in the game on Saturday. Brockport had seven corner kicks in the opening 15 minutes. However, the Keuka College defense did a good job in limiting chances. It would, in fact, be the Wolves with the first shot of the game, but
Patrick Mucha's effort was wide in the 18th minute. When Snyder was called upon for saves, the first-year made multiple diving stops to keep the game scoreless. It would look to go to halftime at 0-0, but the visitors were able to poke a ball through in the 43rd minute to lead 1-0 at the break.
The second half looked like the same game flow. Brockport, attempting to attack, was called for offsides. 60 yards from goal, goalkeeper
Jakob Snyder took the kick. He sent the ball down the right wing into the box.
Patrick Mucha was able to run on to it and flicked it past the keeper at the near post to tie the game at 1-1. The game would open up for a duration, and then Brockport started to press. In the final minutes, they lofted a ball into the box. The ball was knocked away from the attacker and rolled away from goal. Running shoulder to shoulder, there was contact and Brockport was rewarded a penalty kick with 1:34 left on the clock. Snyder guessed right on the kick, but Brockport scored to take the 2-1 victory.
