Keuka College

Ty Trombley was named Keuka College's fifth-ever Men's Lacrosse Coach in June 2023.

His journey at Keuka College began in 2018 when he started as an assistant lacrosse coach. He then assumed the role of Interim Head Men's Lacrosse Coach in January 2023.

Trombley comes from a lacrosse background. A Penn Yan Academy graduate, Trombley attend Saint Leo University in Florida where he played Division II lacrosse. Following his playing career, Trombley started as a lacrosse coach at Marcus Whitman. He stared with a pair of seasons leading the JV team. He then moved up to the varsity for the next three seasons, earning Finger Lakes Head Coach of the Year in 2018. 

Following Marcus Whitman, Trombley moved to Keuka College, serving as an assistant coach. He worked primarily with the faceoff group, but did spend time with all position groups. Throughout his career, he has continued to work with Hotbed Lacrosse Company as a manager. He also is a physical education teacher at Saint Michael's School in Penn Yan.
