KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Lacrosse team was defeated by Hartwick College 20-8 in an Empire 8 matchup on Senior Day.
Harrison Root led the Wolves offensively with five goals on the day. Austin Holsclaw added two goals and an assist, while senior Tre Lloyd chipped in a goal for the Green and Gold. Senior Jaden Greco tied his career high with three caused turnovers.
Jaxson Tucker anchored the net with 24 saves, moving into first all-time for saves in a season with 216. The record was previously held by Tucker from his freshman campaign in 2025 when he recorded 200 saves, as he now holds both the No. 1 and No. 2 spots in program history.
Hartwick controlled the game early, building a lead in the opening quarter and carrying that momentum into halftime. The Hawks continued to maintain their advantage in the second half,
The Wolves showed improvement after the break, generating more sustained offensive possessions and cutting into the deficit with a handful of second-half goals, but were unable to complete the comeback.
The Wolves will finish out the second half against Geneseo on Monday, April 20 at 4:00 p.m.
