Keuka dictated play from the opening faceoff, breaking through midway through the frame on
Aiden Nice's first goal before igniting a sustained run.
Austin Holsclaw struck twice during the surge,
Harrison Root added a finish off an assist, and the Wolves capitalized on extra possessions created by defensive pressure. Even after Thiel briefly slowed the momentum, Keuka closed the quarter with a flurry, including late goals from Nice,
Toby Tummino, and Root to take a commanding 9-1 lead.
The Wolves extended their control early in the second, stretching the margin into double digits behind balanced scoring and strong transition play.
Alexander Gitsis, Tummino, and Nice all found the net, while the man-up unit converted to keep pressure on. Keuka's clearing game remained sharp, and despite a brief push from Thiel, late goals from Nice and
Roman Hoyser sent the Wolves into halftime firmly in front, 16-3.
Keuka erased any thought of a comeback with another efficient stretch to open the half. Root completed his hat trick, Holsclaw added to his total, and the defense continued to disrupt possessions. A late-quarter burst, capped by back-to-back finishes and another goal in the final seconds, pushed the advantage past twenty heading into the fourth.
The Wolves maintained their intensity down the stretch, opening the scoring early and continuing to win ground balls and faceoffs. Root and
Nate Bonaparte added late goals, while the defense held firm despite a couple of penalties. Keuka closed out a dominant 26-4 victory built on possession control, depth scoring, and relentless pressure from start to finish.
