KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Lacrosse team lost an Empire 8 Conference game on Wednesday to Alfred University 22-5 at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex.
Keuka College (3-5, 0-2 Empire 8) got a pair of goals from
Mitchell Wise and
Aiden Nice.
Harrison Root rounded out the scoring for the Wolves.

Alfred University scored 40 seconds into the game and built a 3-0 lead over Keuka College.
Aiden Nice got the Wolves on the board with 3:44 left in the first quarter taking advantage of a man-up opportunity. The Saxons responded with a goal to lead 4-1 after the first quarter.
The Saxons controlled the middle two quarters on Wednesday night. Alfred scored eight in the second and seven in the third, all while keeping Keuka off the board, to build a 19-1 lead.
The Wolves snapped the run as
Mitchell Wise scored in the fourth quarter. Keuka out-scored Alfred 4-3 in the final frame but the Saxons defeated the Wolves 22-5.
