KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Basketball team lost at home to Hobart College 78-65 on Tuesday night at the JMW Recreation and Athletics Center.
Keuka College (2-3) was led by
Lamar Lovelace with 20 points.
Akinlana Popoola finished with 11 points, and
Kaleb Nutifafa added nine and a team-high eight rebounds.

The Statesmen came out firing with a pair of early threes. Keuka College settled the rush. A three by
Makya Morrison pulled the game within one, and minutes later,
Akinlana Popoola hit a long jumper to tie the game at 11-11. After Hobart built their lead back, a three by
Chase Welch tied the game back up at 16-16. Keuka College had answers for Hobart as the Statesmen's largest run was just seven points, but the visitors would widen the gap. Hobart took a 13-point lead in the final minute, but Malik Juneous-Fuller hit a three for the Wolves to make it a 10-point game, 39-29, at the half.
Hobart kept the margin over the Wolves near double-digits for most of the second half. The Green and Gold cut it down to eight a couple times early in the half but would not be able to shrink it any further. Keuka put together seven unanswered late in the second half to make the difference ten at 75-65, but Hobart made their free throws late to close out the 78-65 victory over the Wolves.

- The Wolves fall to 6-13 all-time against Hobart. The Statesmen have won the last seven meetings
- Tuesday was the second time this season that Lamar Lovelace hit the 20-point plateau. He went a perfect 7-7 from the free-throw line
- Lovelace added seven rebounds for the Wolves, as did Makya Morrison
- The Wolves won the battle on the boards 42-39. Keuka College has won the rebounding battle in all five games this season
