Keuka started strong, taking an early 2-0 lead on a layup by Marcus Reed off a steal by Amar Jackson (Bronx, NY / Frederick Douglas Academy). However, the Wolves struggled to contain Alfred's scoring runs, falling behind after a series of turnovers. Akinlana Popoola provided a spark with a three-pointer, and Damon Brumfield hit another from deep to keep Keuka within reach. Despite the effort, Alfred's sharp shooting gave the Saxons a 31-20 lead at the break.

In the second half, Keuka looked to close the gap early with a jumper by Popoola and a layup by Reed. Brumfield also contributed with a layup off the bench. Despite Keuka's efforts, including a three-pointer by Popoola in the final minutes, the Wolves were unable to mount a comeback as Alfred sealed the victory 66-47.
