The Keuka College Women's Golf team played in a pair of dual matches against Empire 8 competition over the past week.
The Wolves lost on their home course to Nazareth University 5-1 on Sunday. Keuka College then travelled to Livingston Country Club on Wednesday to face SUNY Geneseo and fell 5-0.

Kaelyn Rudd and
Kaylie Wilson had good appearances for Keuka against the Golden Flyers. Rudd won the first three holes in her match and led until the 15th hole when Nazareth tied it. The Golden Flyers then took the final holes to defeat Rudd 2 and 1.
Kaylie Wilson had the same early lead, holding as many as a four-hole advantage. Nazareth again made a comeback, tying the match on the 16th. After tying the 17th, Wilson parred the 18th hole to win the match 1 up.

The top two groups stayed close with the Knights all afternoon on Wednesday.
Olivia Hatch won holes four and five for an early lead, but Geneseo answered and the match was square for most of the day. Geneseo took a lead on the 14th and added two more holes to win 3 and 1. In match two,
Kendall Shepherd won the first hold and held the lead for most of the match. She led by as many as three on the front nine, but the Knights rallied. SUNY Geneseo won the final three holes to tie the match and go on to win it 2 up.
