BLOOMFIELD, Conn. — Keuka College Women's Golfer Kendall Shepherd was awarded the 2025 Northeast Women's Golf Conference Elite Academic Award in April at the conference championship.

Shepherd tied for the highest cumulative grade point average amongst competitors at the championship with a perfect 4.00 GPA while majoring in accounting.

Kendall Shepherd was one of the team leaders for the Wolves in the 2024-25 golf season. She finished in the top five in two of her six events entered. She posted a season-best 95 to tie for fourth at the Nazareth University Spring Invitational. Shepherd would go on to place 33rd at the NWGC Championship.

Shepherd was also selected as Keuka College's Empire 8 Sportswoman of the Year for women's golf in the fall. She was the first member of the Green and Gold to earn the honor from the NWGC.
