The Hawks pressed the Wolves from the beginning, but the defense held for the Green and Gold including a defensive save by Libby McIntyre. Hartwick eventually found the back of the goal five minutes into the game. They added two more in the first to take a 3-0 lead over the Wolves.

The second was a battle for possession with only four shots in the frame. Unfortunately for Keuka, Hartwick scored on one of those shots to lead 4-0 at the half.

The pressure continued against the Wolves in the third quarter. Nichols made five stops in the frame for the Green and Gold but Hartwick would score a pair to take a 6-0 advantage in the final quarter.

The Hawks scored 15 seconds into the fourth quarter. Keuka built an attack off the restart, but Laine Rogers' shot was saved. After Hartwick made it 8-0, Makaela Mills had a late attempt for Keuka, but it was saved as the Wolves fell on Saturday.
