KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Soccer team lost at home on Senior Day to Nazareth University 1-0 in an Empire 8 game on Saturday afternoon.

Nazareth University 1 at Keuka College 0
Both teams had some changes from distance early in the game, but Nazareth settled into possession. The Golden Flyers were able to put together some early shots, but most were blocked by the Keuka defense or wide. Nazareth would take the lead in the 32nd minute as a shot from outside the box snuck through traffic and inside the left post. Keuka College had a chance to answer minutes later.
Evan Pellerito got the ball around midfield and dribbled into the attacking third. The sophomore let a shot go from distance. The Golden Flyer keeper made a diving stop to his right but left the rebound in the six-yard box. Unfortunately for Keuka, the Nazareth defender was able to sweep it clear before the Wolves could hit it in. Nazareth maintained their 1-0 lead at halftime.
The Wolves were able to create chances in the second half but were never able to find the final ball.
Brenden Moquin tested the Nazareth back line a majority of the half. When Nazareth had the ball, they put some tests on the Keuka goal, but Smith was there to make five saves in the frame. Nazareth was able to possess the ball and kill the clock out as they defeated Keuka College.
