BRADFORD, Pa. — The Keuka College Women's Basketball team lost on the road at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford 60-44 on Friday night.
Killian Mahoney led Keuka College (3-6) with her first career double-double. The senior scored 14 points and added 12 rebounds.

The Panthers took an early 4-0 win over the Wolves. Keuka College got a pair of free throws midway through the quarter by
Lauren Hill, but the Panthers answered with five straight to take a 9-2 lead. Keuka College answered and cut the lead to two, but Pitt.-Bradford hit a three.

Megan Brown for a layup to close the quarter, but the Wolves trailed 12-9 after one.
Sydney Brown got a second-chance layup on the opening possession to cut the lead to one. It would be the only basket for Keuka, however, in the opening four minutes as the Panthers went on an 8-0 run. A free throw by
Meg McGwin stopped the run for Pitt.-Bradford and started a 5-0 run for the Wolves. The hosts would score the final four points in the half to lead 24-16 at the break.
Once again,
Sydney Brown scored the opening points of the quarter, knocking down a three, but the Wolves would go cold from the floor. Pitt.-Bradford scored 11 unanswered to build a 35-19 lead, forcing the Wolves to take a timeout. On the following possession, crisp passing by the Wolves led to
Lauren Hill getting open in the lane for a jumper to snap the run. But the Panthers would push their lead to 18 and was ahead 43-25 going into the third quarter.
The Panthers played with the lead the entire fourth quarter, keeping the Wolves at a distance. The Green and Gold were able to cut the margin to 15 in the frame and won the fourth 19-17, but Keuka College would fall at Pitt.-Bradford 60-44.

Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves enter the holiday break with a 3-6 record. Keuka College will return to action in 2023 as the Wolves host Nazareth College on Tuesday, Jan. 3.
