The Green and Gold started strong against the Cardinals, working down the left wing.

Ciarra Rudnick had the first true scoring opportunity in the 13th minute. The junior let a 30-yard shot go from the left wing that drifted just over the crossbar at the far post. St. John Fisher would flip the field and begin to pressure the Keuka goal. The Cardinals took the lead in the 37th minute.
Sam Pelcher made the initial save but the ball squirted free and was tapped in on the goal line for the 1-0 lead. St. John Fisher would carry that lead into halftime.
St. John Fisher added to their lead minutes into the second half and later got a third goal midway through the half. The Wolves had a quality chance in the 67th minute.
Emily Cook took a long free kick for the Wolves that was over the keeper but off the crossbar. The ball went back into the box and
Caitlyn Baker got an attempt but the Cardinal keeper recovered for the save. Later, trailing 4-0,
Peyton Miller slid a ball between defenders to a charging
Grace DeCapua, but the defender won the 1v1 battle in the box and cleared the ball. The combo repeated minutes later with DeCapua going one on one with the keeper, but the save was made against the junior. The Cardinals would hold on for the 4-0 victory.
