KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Basketball team lost at home in an Empire 8 Conference game to Nazareth College by the score of 108-71.

Keuka College (0-9, 0-1 Empire 8) was led by Jorden Lewis with a career-high 13 points. Nana Oteng was also in double-figures with 11 points, as was Daniel Obunse, who finished with 10 points for the Wolves.

The Golden Flyers raced out to a fast 14-0 lead in the first 2:39 of the game. Jorden Lewis snapped the run, hitting a three for the Wolves. Minutes later, Mason VanDeMortel started a run as he knocked down a three. Lewis added five in the stretch as the Wolves stacked 10 points in 1:36 to make it a three-point game, 22-18 with 12 minutes left in the half. The Golden Flyers responded and continued to press the Wolves with hot shooting. Nazareth hit 57.9% of their shots in the first half. The visitors led 56-38 at the half.

Keuka and Nazareth traded baskets early as the Golden Flyers were able to keep separation. A three by Kobe Schriver cut the lead to 16 points with 14:35 left, but that would be as close as Keuka would make it. Nazareth answered with eight straight as they pushed the lead back over 20. The Golden Flyers saw the game out as they defeated Keuka College 108-71.

• Tuesday was the first game for Keuka College in 44 days. They were last on the court on December 5, 2021, at Cornell University
• Nana Oteng and Will Tehan tied for the team lead in rebounding with six
• Devin Milton (scored nine for the Wolves. The junior surpassed 500 points in his career on Tuesday
• Nazareth College made 45 baskets from the field, setting a new opponent record against Keuka College

Up Next for Keuka College: The Green and Gold take to the road next for a pair of Empire 8 Conference games this weekend. Keuka College will open the trip at Russell Sage College on Friday night. Keuka will then play at Hartwick College on Saturday afternoon.
