Box Score KEUKA PARK, N.Y. –Keuka College Men's Soccer team won today's game 4-1 against Penn College.
Graduate Student Ben McKeown had two goals followed by Seth Spurgeon and Connor Thorpe.
Keuka College 4 vs. Penn College 1
Penn College would bounce out and attack Keuka's defense as they would end up scoring 15 minutes into the game. The Wolves would jump back from a corner kick that Penn College keeper would hit out and hit McKeown's head to find the back of the net. The score would stay at 1-1 going into the half.
At the 62 minute, the Wolves would get a free kick at the 40-yard line and McKeown would step up and find the goal. Eight minutes later the Wolves would find another free kick but this time the goalie would knock it out straight to Seth's foot to find the back of the net. Three minutes later Ben would have another free kick opportunity with a scramble at the net Thorpe would find the back of the goal. The Wolves would hold the score there to take the victory 4-1.
Lead Wolf: Ben McKeown would have two goals on the day, with one assist. His defense on the back line was also strong in today's game.
