Box Score ELMIRA, N.Y. — After leading by one at halftime the Keuka College Men's Basketball team was outscored 48-35 in the second as they lost at Elmira College 87-75 on Saturday.
Keuka College (0-5, 0-5 E8) was led by Devin Milton with a season-high 22 points. Zayquan Warren added 13 points off the bench and Nana Oteng netted 12 in the loss.
Elmira College 87 vs. Keuka College 75
The Soaring Eagles built an 11-4 lead over the first four minutes, but the Wolves started to chip away. Each time Keuka would narrow the margin, however, Elmira would pull back away and widen the gap. The hosts would lead by 10, 21-11, midway through the first. Later trailing by 12, Nana Oteng made a lay-up. That was the first basket of an 11-0 run for the Wolves. A pair of Devin Milton threes sandwiched a Daniel Obunse three as the Wolves brought it down to a one-point game, 29-28. Keuka would take a 32-31 lead with 2:40 left in the first on a layup by Devin Milton. The sophomore posted 17 points in the opening half. A Milton three in the final minute would open up a five-point lead, but Elmira scored a pair of baskets in the final six seconds of the half. Keuka would remain ahead 40-39 at the half.
Keuka quickly regained their five-point lead in the first minute of the second half, but Elmira would draw the game level two minutes later. The game would be tied 57-57 with 12 minutes left to play. Elmira would regain the lead and slowly start to widen the gap. Keuka would cut it to two points, but three free throws for Elmira pushed it back to five. Another Obunse three cut it back to a four-point game with 5:32 left to play, but Elmira scored 10 unanswered over the next two minutes to take control of the game. Elmira would continue onto the 87-75 victory.

- In total, Keuka College had five players score in double-figures. Joining Milton, Warren, and Oteng was Daniel Obunse with 11 and DJ Billings finished with 10 points
- Billings went a perfect 5-5 from the free throw line and led Keuka College with eight rebounds
- Keuka College hit 11 threes in the game, a season-high. The Wolves shot 39.3% from deep, also a season-high
