UTICA, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Soccer team lost on Wednesday at Utica College 3-0 in an Empire 8 matchup.

Cory Cangemi made nine saves in goal for Keuka College (2-9-2, 0-4-1 Empire 8).

The hosts opened on the front foot and took the lead in the 12th minute. Utica College then doubled their lead minutes later. The Wolves first chance came in the 22nd, but Sean Malley's effort was saved. Utica added a third in the opening half and led 3-0 at the break.

The second half mirrored the first in shots as Utica had 10 in each frame. The Wolves had a pair, both on goal, but both were stopped by the Pioneer keeper. Keuka College had a pair of corner kicks in the second as well but were unable to break through. Utica College saw the game out for the 3-0 conference victory.

• Wednesday was the first time Keuka and Utica faced each other in a conference game
