Box Score KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Soccer team was shutout on Saturday by Houghton College 4-0 in an Empire 8 game at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex.
Cory Cangemi made seven saves in goal for Keuka College (2-7-1, 0-2-1 Empire 8).

The Wolves would control possession for most of the first half, but the Highlanders would excel on the counterattack. The visitors used it to their advantage in the 11th minute as the ball would work to the right of the box, get headed on the edge of the 18, and then headed again in front of goal for the 1-0 lead. The Highlanders added to their lead with goals in the 18th and 30th minute as Houghton led 3-0 at the half.
The game would open up in the second as both teams generated more shots in the second half than they did in the first. Once again, the Wolves had the advantage in possession in the second and the Highlanders used the counter to their advantage. Houghton added a fourth goal in the 64th minute as they defeated Keuka College 4-0 on Saturday.

- The Wolves are now 1-2-1 all-time against Houghton College. It was the first time Keuka has not scored a goal against the Highlanders
- Seven saves by Cangemi were the fourth-most of the freshman's career
- Keuka College had a 4-1 advantage in corner kicks
- Connor Thorpe and Suleman Sey accounted for Keuka's two shots on goal for the afternoon
