PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The Keuka College Men's Volleyball team lost both matches on Saturday as the Wolves wrapped up their weekend at the Johnson & Wales Tip-off Tournament.

Keuka College (0-3) was swept by the host Wildcats in the first match of the day. The Green and Gold then fell 3-1 to Baruch to close the day.

Johnson & Wales University 3 vs. Keuka College 0 – 25-18, 25-15, 25-16

The host Wildcats used a stretch where they outscored the Wolves 8-1 to build a lead in the first set. The Wolves would drop the margin to four multiple times in the frame, but would be unable to draw the set any closer as they lost to Johnson & Wales 25-18.

The second proved to be the best set of the Johnson & Wales attack and the worst for Keuka. The Wildcats hit a match high 14 kills against just three errors while the Wolves only had five kills and hit four errors. The Wildcats took a 2-0 lead in the match as they won the second set 25-15.

The Green and Gold would fight to extend the match. Johnson & Wales took an early lead, however, and did not look back. Keuka would narrow the margin to three, but it would be as close as it would get. Johnson & Wales continued onto the 25-16 third set win, extending the match.
