Liv Newhouse

Liv Newhouse started at Keuka College as an Athletic Trainer in January 2026.

Newhouse joins the College following a five-month stint in Germany, where she worked with teenage American soccer athletes traveling overseas. Before that, she spent the summer with the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps, a world-class competitive outfit based in Madison, Wisconsin. Working with the high-level performing arts team, Newhouse rewrote policy and implemented new techniques for one of the top junior drum and bugle ensembles in the country.

A graduate of Marshall University in West Virginia, Newhouse took part in multiple Division I programs for the Thundering Herd. She worked with the volleyball, football, cheerleading, tennis, cross country, and track and field squads during her time as an undergraduate and graduate student at Marshall.

Newhouse served as president of the Marshall University Athletic Training Association and was named the 2025 Student of the Year by the West Virginia Athletic Training Association. She also has had multiple research projects published in Clinical Practice in Athletic Training and has presented her research at multiple symposiums. She graduated as cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in 2024 and then posted a perfect 4.0 for her master’s in Athletic Training, graduating in May 2025.
