KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Department of Athletics continued to excel in the classroom, posting another standout academic year in 2025-26.
The Green and Gold had a semester grade point average of 3.32 as a department, the highest in a semester since Spring 2023. That resulted in a departmental average of 3.30 for the year, also the highest in three years.
The Empire 8 announced its President's List for the spring semester on Tuesday, and Keuka College had 89 student-athletes honored. That was led by 40 student-athletes who posted a perfect 4.0 in the spring. Exactly half of those with a 4.0 in the spring completed a perfect year as Keuka College Athletics had 20 student-athletics finish with a perfect grade point average for the academic year.
Keuka College had 11 athletic teams earn the Empire 8 All-Academic team award in the spring, tying for the second-most in program history. The Keuka College softball team continued a strong academic history, leading the department with a 3.62 grade point average in the spring and a 3.68 average for the year. Women's Soccer was right behind them with a 3.60 grade point average and Women's Lacrosse ranked third with a 3.56 for the spring.
The Keuka College Men's Soccer and Baseball teams each posted a 3.47 grade point average for the spring semester to lead the Wolves' men's teams. Baseball edged Men's Soccer out overall with a 3.45 year-long grade point average, compared to a 3.42. The Men's Golf team was third for men's teams at Keuka College with a 3.42 grade point average.
To earn Empire 8 President's List, a student-athlete has to have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher for the semester. A team needs to post a 3.20 collective GPA for the semester to be honored as an All-Academic team.
