KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — Keuka College Cross Country Runners Christiana Curtis and Jesse Bolster were named Keuka College's representatives as Empire 8 Cross Country Sportswoman/Sportsman of the Year.

Curtis is in her first year at Keuka College. She ran in six of seven meets for the Green and Gold. She showed constant improvement on the season with each race setting a new personal best. The season culminated for her in the Empire 8 Championship with a personal best 6K time of 30:47.9.

Jesse Bolster has been a team leader for the Wolves since he joined the team in 2022. The junior led Keuka College in every meet this season. Bolster rounded into form later in the season. He ran a season-best 5K of 19:39.6 in the Hamilton College Tune-Up and then led the Wolves with a 109^th-place finish and a time of 30.42.5 in the Empire 8 Championship. Bolster has also excelled in the classroom, earning multiple selections to the Empire 8 President's List.

Curtis and Bolster were the College's representatives for the team. One selection from each participating institution is honored per sport. From the conference's releases, "The Empire 8 Conference emphasizes that 'Competing with Honor and Integrity' is an essential component of a student-athlete's experience in conjunction with an institution's educational mission."
