GANSEVOORT, N.Y.— Senior goalkeeper Kenna Kosinski from the Women's Soccer team has been named the North Eastern Athletic Conference's Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
The week started for Kosinski with a shutout victory over Morrisville State on Wednesday. She made three saves in the win. She then followed that up with a six save performance in a scoreless draw with SUNY Poly.
On the season, Kosinski has allowed only four goals in 425 minutes of action. She ranks fourth in the conference with a 0.85 goals against average and fifth in the NEAC with a .846 save percentage. The senior has not allowed a goal in 245 minutes of North Eastern Athletic Conference play this season.
The Wolves face a pair of teams from the NEAC South Division this weekend at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex. Keuka College hosts Penn St.-Abington on Saturday and the College of St. Elizabeth on Sunday.
