KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — On Keuka College's Parent's/Senior Day, the lone senior on the Women's Soccer team went out in style. Senior Hannah Dalle set a new school record, scoring all six goals, in a 6-1 victory over Morrisville St. on Saturday.
Dalle is now up to 19 goals scored on the season, which ranks fourth in school history. She sits three goals behind the leader, Nicole Sharick, who scored 22 in the 2012 season. The 12 total points by Dalle was also a new school record.
Jordan Fredell set up there of the Keuka goals. Amy Sedita, Carly Sanford, and Sarah Hartman also had assists for Keuka. Maeve Fletcher recorded a pair of saves in earning her sixth win of the season.
Keuka College finishes the regular season with an 8-3-1 North Eastern Athletic Conference record. They will be ranked fifth going into next week's conference tournament.
The Green and Gold got out to a fast start on Saturday. Dalle scored 2:46 into the game for the early lead. Carly Sanford dropped a nice ball over the Mustang back line to set up the goal. 10 minutes later, Jordan Fredell and Hannah Dalle hooked up for a pair of goals just 2:33 apart and Keuka had the quick 3-0 advantage. Jillain Hugues scored for Morrisville in the 31st minute, but Keuka would still carry the 3-1 lead into the halftime break.
The second half was much more of the same from the Keuka offense. Hannah Dalle scored three goals in the half. Amy Sedita set her up on the first goal. Hartman and Fredell had the helpers on the final two, both coming off of nice through balls to get Dalle loose. The Keuka College Women's Soccer team would end their season on a high note, as they continued onto the 6-1 conference victory.
