KEUKA PARK, N.Y. -- The Keuka College Women's Soccer team defeated visiting Gallaudet University on Sunday in a North Eastern Athletic Conference game at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex.
Hannah Dalle led the Wolfpack with a hat trick in the game. The senior leads Keuka with seven goals this season. Nicole Browe also had six points on the day with two goals and two assists. Abbey David added a goal and an assist for Keuka. Also with goals were Shannon Sprague and Jordan Fredell. Maeve Fletcher made a pair of saves for Keuka for her second consecutive shutout.
Keuka College (5-5-1, 4-2) will be back in action next weekend as they host Penn College. The NEAC match with the Wildcats is scheduled to kickoff at 3pm on Saturday, October 10.
Keuka scored early in the first half when Sarah Hartman found Nicole Browe right down the middle of the field for the goal in the 6th minute. Keuka added to their lead nearly 10 minutes later. Browe found Hannah Dalle on a cross for the goal. Two minutes later, Abbey David ripped a goal from 25 yards out for the 3-0 advantage. Dalle would score her second of the half and Shannon Sprague scored for Keuka as they led 5-0 at halftime.
The Green and Gold continued to control the run of play in the second half. Dalle completed the hat trick in the 51st minute off of a pass from Darian Staufer. Nicole Browe added a second tally and Erin Kirsch set up Jordan Fredell for a goal as Keuka would continue on to the 8-0 conference victory.
