CLIFTON SPRINGS, N.Y. — The Keuka College Women's Golf team competed over the weekend at the William Smith Invitational held at Clifton Springs Country Club.

After a first round that had the Wolves in 9th out of 11 teams, Keuka College dropped out of the team competition with just three golfers competing on Sunday.

William Smith Invitational – 2 rounds, Par 72

Lead Wolf: Senior McKayla Nolan was the top finisher for the Green and Gold. Nolan shot a 109 in the first round but shaved six strokes off in round two, shooting a 103. Her 212 total score, +68, was 40th overall out of 56 golfers. Nolan cut six strokes off her career-best performance at the William Smith Invitational when she shot a 218 in 2016.

Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves now have three weeks to prepare for the Empire 8 Championship, held at Ballston Spa Country Club in Ballston Spa, N.Y. Keuka College finished in fifth place last year, competing in the Empire 8 Conference for the first time.
