KEUKA PARK, N.Y. – The Keuka College Women's Basketball team finished the 2015-16 season with a 49-37 victory over SUNY Cobleskill at the JMW Recreation and Athletics Center.
The Green and Gold finished with an 8-16 overall record. They went 7-11 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference.

SUNY Cobleskill briefly took the lead in the opening minute of the second, but Cole had the answer with a pair of baskets on back-to-back possessions. Keuka remained in control in the third but were never able to put the game away. Even though they held Cobleskill to 1-12 from the field, the Fighting Tigers got to the free throw line, where they went 7-8 to stay in the game. Keuka held a 35-30 lead going into the final quarter.
Halfway through the fourth, Cobleskill knocked down a three pointer to draw the margin to three points, 38-35. Keuka responded and held the Fighting Tigers scoreless for the next four minutes. During that time, the Green and Gold went on an 11-0 run to secure the game. The Fighting Tigers snapped the drought with 12 seconds left to play, but it was not enough as Keuka would win the game 49-37.
